By accessing or using the platform you confirm that you are at least 16 years old (or have the consent of a legal guardian), that the information you provide is accurate, and that you will comply with these terms and all applicable laws.

Access is granted on a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable basis for the plan you purchased. We may update, improve or discontinue features to keep the service current, and we will provide notice of material changes whenever reasonably possible.

• Keep your login credentials confidential and do not share your account with third parties.
• Provide accurate registration and billing information and keep it up to date.
• Use the platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.
• Ensure you have the internet connection and devices required to access the service.

All content available on the platform — including courses, tutorials, videos, texts, e-books, templates, prompts, checklists, graphics, logos, trademarks, software and the arrangement of these elements — is owned by Guia IA or licensed to us and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

Your subscription grants a limited licence for personal study only. Copying, reselling, publishing, distributing, sublicensing, publicly displaying or creating derivative works from our content without prior written authorisation is prohibited.

When using the platform, you agree not to:

• Share, resell or redistribute account access or purchased materials.
• Download, scrape or extract content by automated means.
• Attempt to bypass security measures, access restrictions or authentication systems.
• Upload malicious code or interfere with the availability and integrity of the service.
• Use the platform for illegal, fraudulent, defamatory, discriminatory or abusive activities.
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation with any entity.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, without refund where the violation is confirmed.

Prices, plans and optional upgrades are displayed at checkout before payment is confirmed. Purchases are covered by our 15-day money-back guarantee, described in full in our Refund Policy.

Our content is educational in nature. While we work to keep materials accurate and up to date, we do not guarantee any specific professional, academic or financial outcome. Results depend on each user's individual effort, context and application of the material.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Guia IA shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data or business opportunities, arising from the use or inability to use the platform.

Our total aggregate liability in connection with the service is limited to the amount paid by the customer in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, and we do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.

You may stop using the platform at any time. We may suspend or terminate access in the event of breach of these terms, fraudulent payment activity or by legal requirement. Provisions relating to intellectual property, liability and governing law survive termination.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. The parties will first seek to resolve any dispute amicably through our support channel. If no agreement is reached, the courts of the District of Londrina, State of Paraná, Brazil, shall have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to the consumer's legal right to file a claim in their own domicile where applicable law so provides.

We may amend these Terms of Use to reflect changes in our services or legal requirements. The updated version becomes effective upon publication on this page, and continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
